Pilot -- flew combat in World War II in Martin B-26 Marauder. Recalled in 1951 and flew as instructor in T-6, T-28, and B-25 in the Aviation Cadet training program.
Flew in Korea 1955-1956
In Air Defense Command 1956-1961 and was jet upgraded.
Retired in 1969 from the Regular Air Force as a LtCol.
