Pete Ananian (12/4/20 - 2/18/03) was a member of the "Greatest Generation." During WWII he flew more than 50 missions from Italy in B-24s with the 454th of the 15th Air Force. His targets included Ploesti. He raised three daughters and retired from the USAF after 27 years of active duty. He then worked for the State of MA and retired after 20 years. Hero, husband, father, grandfather, friend - he will be missed.
