LtCol Richard A. Genaille Jr. retired from the USAF in July, 1993, after serving 22 years on active duty. He was a Command Pilot with more than 3200 flying hours. LtCol Genaille also served as an Intelligence officer with the United states military Liaison Mission in Potsdam, east Germany, and culminated his career as a staff officer in the International Affairs Directorate, pentagon, Washington, DC.
