Lt Col Robert W. Cobaugh (Ret.) 1926-2003
Served in the 9th Air Force, 442 Troop Carrier Squadron during WWII as a Flight Engineer - Mechanic on the C47, B29, and B17.
He continued to serve in the U.S. Air Force for 30 years on active and reserve duty status until his retirement in 1974.
After his military service, he became an aviation consultant and would buy and sell aircraft and parts.
He was a supporter and Member of AOPA, Civil Air Patrol, Air Force Association, Air Force Base Aero Clubs.
