    Robert (Bob) Lamond Jr started his aviation career at age 13 as a Civil Air Patrol cadet with New York Wing in 1967. After completing AFROTC at Florida State University, where he worked extra jobs to earn his Private Pilot Certificate, Lamond enjoyed a successful 22 year career officer in USAF. His career spanned duties as a ICBM Missile Combat Crew Member and 18+ years in air traffic, combat airspace, airfield management, staff and command positions. After retiring as a Lt Col from the USAF, Lamond spent 17+ years as the Director, Air Traffic Services & Infrastructure with the National Business Aviation Association in Washington, DC working with industry and government counterparts. In January 2017, he founded RGAeroSolutions where he does part time aviation consulting. In his spare time he enjoys flying his sUAS and doing free aerial work for non-profit organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum.
