My father, Lynn Brune, was a lifelong aviation buff. When he was a boy in the 1930's he loved to watch the air races that were very popular at the time in Cleveland, Ohio. He would have been proud to see that the Air and Space Museum has several planes from that era restored. He worked 47 years with United Air Lines, starting in 1947. He retired in 1994 from the flight operations center in San Francisco International Airport. If it wasn't for him I would not have a great interest in the space flight program.
