MACKLIN JAMES BEIDLER is growing up near the Rickenbacker International Airport in Groveport, near Columbus, Ohio. Five years old in the year 2001, he already has many passenger hours in the air. Macklin and his seven year old sister, Rachel, are being introduced to "Air and Space" by their father, James, and by their grandfather, Richard. Macklin is a young flyer of the 21st Century, his father is a pilot and so, his grandfather who experienced the development of aviation during the 20th Century gratefully joins this celebration of Air and Space.
