Maj. Ben F. Crawford was a B-24 Pilot during WWII. Flew 52 missions during spring and Summer of 1944 from Spinazzola, Italy to Hungary (Ploesti) , Germany, France, and Rumania. Two Distinguished Flying Crosses, Presidential Unit Citation and numerous Air Medals. Retired from Reserves with 27 years of service.
