As a child I found my father’s old aviation magazines which fueled my early interest in flying. I attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and flew Lockheed C-130 Hercules’ on active duty. I now fly Boeing 727’s for Delta Air Lines and C-130’s for the Ohio Air National Guard. 727’s have PW JT-8D engines and C-130’s have Allison T-56 engines. My dad helped make the engines that power the airplanes I fly.
