Trained in CA, AZ, and NM as an aviation cadet. Combat as a Bombardier in the 15th Air Force, Fifth Bomb Wing, 301st Bomb Group and 352nd Bomb Squadron. Shot down on 35th mission and spent time in Stalag Luft III Sagan, Nuremburg and Mooseburg. A member with SAC for 15 years. B-29, B-50 and B-47. Retired 1965.
