Frank served in the Air Force for twenty years. He established the first Arabic language program for cadets in 1976 at the Air Force Academy. He developed the curriculum on his own and to his credit the program flourished and is still operational.
Frank was an intelligence officer and retired from active duty in 1988. Sadly, he passed away November 2, 2005. Frank and I were married for 39 years and he has two sons and three grandchildren.
