    Major (Ret) Jaquelin Byron Davison was a career regular Army officer. He entered the Army as an Infantry Officer. He was also an aviator and went through flight school at Fort Walters, Texas. There he flew the TH 55 A, also known as the Mattel Messerschmitt. He completed flight school at Fort Rucker and got assigned to the 1/45 Aviation Battalion at Fort Benning. He flew the UH 1H (Huey.) He commanded an infantry company in Korea and returned to Fort Benning as an instructor of training management at the United States Army Infantry School. During that tour of duty, he authored a training system adopted Army-wide. His next assignment was Fort Rucker, where he participated in the Review of Education and Training for Officers (RETO). RETO became the vehicle through which the United States Army Aviation Center and School participated in creating Army Aviation as a combat branch. For the remainder of his career, he served as an information manager. His awards include the Legion of Merit.

    He served another 23 years as a defense contractor in the intelligence community and the Pentagon. He was an internationally certified Level 3 configuration manager.

    He was a founding member of the Federal Consortium of Virtual Worlds. He was among several winners in the first Federal Virtual World Challenge sponsored by the U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM) in 2010. He retired in 2013.
