Maj. Rochelle I . D’Arcy USA (Ret) served twenty years in the U. S. Army. She is the daughter of First Lt. Alfred W. Edes USAAF, killed in action over France 13 March 1944. Her mother Angeline Amelia Edes was a commercial plot. Major D’Arcy’s husband Col. Richard L. D’Arcy served in the 19th Weather Squadron in Africa and the Middle East during WWII.
