Major (Ret) Granberry served 20 years in the US Army as a UH-1 Helicopter Pilot. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star Medal and numerous Air Medals. After his retirement from the U.S. Army, he worked as an oil platform pilot for over 10 years before settling in Tyler Texas, where he started his own business. He had the distinct pleasure of touring the US with the final flight of the UH-1 for the history Channel’s “Shadow of the Blade.” Major Granberry is a dedicated member of the Vietnam Helicopter pilots Association.
