Jeffrey M. Mnich joined the Air Force Reserve in 2004 and was assigned to 157 Air Refueling Wing, Andrews AFB, MD. Below is a chronological order of events and activities related to Major Mnich since joining the Air Force Reserve:

2005-2008 Command Post Controller at Andrews AFB.
2008 selected in the 756th Air Refueling Squadron pilot hiring board.
2008 commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant through Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL.
2009-2010 attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Laughlin AFB, TX. Graduated and received pilot wings April 2010.
2010 attended KC-135 Initial Pilot Training at Altus AFB, OK. Graduated in Oct 2010.
2010 returned to Andrews to fly KC-135 Air re-fueling tankers for the 756th ARS.
2010-2015 deployed numerous times in support of combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and other global missions. Provided air refueling support to US and Allied aircraft, troop and cargo movement, and Aeromedical evacuation platforms in/out of Afghanistan.
December 2015 hired by the New Hampshire Air National Guard, assigned to the 133 Air Refueling Squadron, 157 Air Refueling Wing, Pease ANGB, NH to continue flying the KC-135.
2016-2018 continued to participate on numerous deployments and operational support missions around the globe.
Oct 2020 - Mar 2021 attended KC-46 training at Altus AFB, MD. Following successful course completion, began flying the newest tanker in the Air Force while continuing with the 133ARS at Pease.

Through to present (as of this writing August 2021) supported various troop and aircraft movements, conducting air refueling and helping demonstrate how to best employ this critical platform.
