Graduated from Virginia Tech in 2001 with a dual major in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering.
Commissioned in the US Navy in May 2001, designated Naval Aviator in May 2003. Currently assigned to VAW-120 in Norfolk, VA to learn to fly the Grumman E-2C Hawkeye.
