WHEREAS: Being inspired by the United States Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo manned space programs leading to the historic landing on the Moon and which comprised, along with over 30 astronauts, 300,000 staffers in NASA and contractor companies, and also the areas of spacecraft design, flight propulsion systems, celestial navigations, life sciences, launch services, world-wide tracking stations and the Navy recovery teams -and especially, the vital strategy of lunar orbit rendezvous.

Commitment and passion for flight, reflected in: AIAA Certificate of Appreciation dated March-December, 1990, presented for contribution to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Outreach Program of Assessment of Innovative Technologies for the Exploration of Space. Space Studies Institute Certificate of Appreciation dated October 24, 1990, in recognition of support of the Challenge Program of the Institute. Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute plaque of thanks dated March 2, 2000, for contribution to 'History, Frontiers, and International Space Station' issue of CASI LOG February, 2000. AIAA plaque of February, 2002, with admittance to the grade of Senior Member in recognition of professional standing and successful practice. Authorship of published book (December, 2005) "From Footprints to Blueprints -The (Commercial) Development of the Moon and Private Enterprise".
