He had special interest in aviation and in space exploration.
He flew one of the first Cessna small airplanes over the Amazon forest/jungle at the time when aviation was at its infancy.
At that time the local government was trying to initiate a mail service connecting the remote cities in Brazil with the capitals of the States and the neighboring countries.
He was not a scientist but an intelligent man with a great interest in the development of the aviation and space exploration. My husband passed away on August 17, 1998 at the age of 91.
