Charles Hall was born in Clemson, S. C. on January 17, 1955. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Huntsville, holding a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has been with NASA, Marshall Space Flight Center since 1984. His achievements include software design and testing for flight simulators, and control system analysis and design for such projects as Space Shuttle Attitude Control System, Space Shuttle Remote Manipulator System, Tethered Satellite System, the X-33, and VentureStar.
