    Mr. David Shuckstes served the Aerospace Industry for over 35 years, 8 years in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1976, and 27 years with TRW Space and Electronics and Northrop Grumman Space and Technology. While in the Air Force, he was assigned as an aerospace engineer with the Space and Missile Systems Organization in El Segundo California followed by a tour as a spacecraft launch operations officer at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. While with TRW in Redondo Beach, California. David's career involved spacecraft operations, spacecraft launch systems integration, Shuttle payload flight operations planning, overseas site operations management, and program management of space systems. From 1998 until 2004, Mr. Shuckstes managed four space programs for TRW and Northrop Grumman including the DOD Space Test Experiments Program, the Korean Multi-Purpose Satellite Program for the Korean Aerospace Research Institute, the NRO's GeoLITE Program and NASA"s James Webb Space Telescope Program. These programs managed by Mr. Shuckstes ranged from small satellites of less than 400 pounds to greater than 10,000 pounds estimated for the James Webb Space Technology; and resulted in seven spacecraft launches in a 10 year period. Mr. Shuckstes authored several papers and was the recipient of the Aviation Week and Space Technology 2001 Laurels Award for "Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Space" for his role on the GeoLITE Program.
