    Awarded: Air Medals and Distinguished Flying Cross for action in Vietnam; Awarded Meritorious Service Medal for actions in Germany; Awarded Air Medal and Bronze Star for actions in Saudi Arabia.
    Scout helicopter pilot in Vietnam; Special Forces Pilot in Germany, Special Operations Pilot in Desert Storm.
    Awarded Legion of Merit upon retirement from Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Original member of Special Operations Aviation Regiment. One of the head pilots for Task Force 160 in Army aviation for Desert II (Iran Rescue Rescue).
    Instrumental in spearheading efforts to qualify pilots in Army aviation for night vision flight. The first standardization instructor pilot for Army Special Operations Regiment at Ft. Campbell, KY. The first MH-47-E Simulation Instructor for 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment- Currently located with the simulation facility at Ft. Campbell, KY for 160th SOAR.
