Began his career in aerospace at McDonnell Aircraft in 1964as a propulsion engineer on the Gemini Project. Progressed though assignments in engineering and management on Voyager, Viking, Space Shuttle, Space Station, Peacekeeper, Delta Clipper (DC-X) and Hyper-X (X-43). Led Boeing’s Technology for hypersonic missiles, aircraft, reentry vehicles, and airbreathing reusable launch vehicles.
