Honored by:
Staff Sergeant Halper served his country during World War II as a radio operator aboard a B-17. Among his duties were maintaining code equipment, operating the teletype, and coding and de-coding messages. Staff Sergeant Halper served with the 8th Air Force with the 20th Antisub Bombing Squadron out of Newfoundland. Staff Sergeant Halper also flew out of Africa, as well as the Azores. This profile is to thank him for his service.
