Managed the design of the Atlas Launch Vehicle hydraulic system. Created the concept for the Centaur Hydraulic System, one of the earliest flight vehicle modular designs. Made a major contribution to the design of the Space Shuttle Orbiter hydraulic system particularly in the area of the landing gear and brakes.
