Mr. Rosar has invented and hopes to build his design for a single-person semi-rigid human-powered blimp. He holds a degree from Pratt Institute in Industrial Design and looks to combine his physical and analytical abilities through an efficient flying vehicle to achieve economical and environmentally responsible flight.
