Started flying in high school obtaining private pilot license.
Graduated Purdue University with Bachelor of Science degree in aviation technology (1989).
Five years as a pilot for Mesaba Airlines flying regional aircraft throughout the Midwest.
Hired at UPS in 1994, started as a DC-8 Flight Engineer, upgraded to First officer on the DC-8.
Plan to continue at UPS.
