Enlisted Veteran World War II January 14, 1942 to September 14, 1945. Graduated Government Technical and Adm. School, Denver, Colorado. Army Air Force (AAF) Supply Technician. Went to England with the 303 Bomb Group H in September of 1942. One of the first to go over to England; the first plane to complete 25 missions and the most missions of any group.
Our group was involved with the air offensive in Europe, Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe. Received the European, African, Middle East Service and Good Conduct Medals. Distinguished Service Award a by General Lyle, 303 Bomb Group.
Charter member of American Air Museum Duxford, England. One of 500 guests from the United States at the Dedication August 1, 1997.
