Entered into the aviation world in the 1950s by enlisting in the United States Air Force. He served his country as one of the earliest members trained in jet engine maintenance. Assigned to the 49th Fighter Wing, 416th Fighter Squadron as a crew chief on F-86 fighters. After serving, was employed at Republic Aircraft, then Pan American World Airways, and finally Delta Airlines. Completing over 40 years of practice as a licensed FAA A&P Mechanic. In honor of all his years of hard work and dedication to the aviation industry.
