Mr. Joseph Patton Fry -- USMC was killed in action in the Vietnam War. "Joe" needs more hard-nose peacekeepers with a gentle touch. (Ho Chi Minh liked America, but America's leaders were too busy making enemies.)
Likewise, "Joe" needs much better and much more air support with land mine sniffing equipment and gizmos to level jungles.
"Joe" was a great high school football player, but coaches failed to balance sports with a generous helping of education!
