    Mr. Yuska completed over 35 years of government service at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Lewis Research Center, Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to retirement he served as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services with responsibilities for management of the Center's facilities, as well as providing engineering and technical services in support of the research and development programs at the Center.
    He received his BS in aeronautical engineering from Pennsylvania State University (1961) and his MS in industrial engineering from Cleveland State University (1972).
    He has written several technical reports on the aerodynamic design of sounding rockets and low-speed wind tunnels. He was responsible for the aerodynamic design of the WASP Fluid Dynamics Experiment sounding rocket that flew successfully on June 7, 1966. He was also one of the principal contributors to the aerodynamic design of the 9-by 15-Foot Low Speed Wind Tunnel.
    He has received several awards, which include the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive in the Senior Executive Service (1994) and the NASA Honor Award Medal for Exceptional Service (1988).
    He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
