Born in 1959, I am as old as the space program. Growing up as a child I watched all of the space missions, built the plastic models and dreamed of someday flying in space. Unfortunately I never pursued my dreams. Now at age 40 (in 2000) I still follow the Shuttle missions, the interplanetary missions, and this country's plans to return to the Moon and someday go to Mars.

I am a member of the National Air Society and of course an Air and Space/Smithsonian supporter.
