    Leo Fournier, World War II veteran with an electrical engineer degree, was employed and trained by the General Electric Co. as a radar field engineer on aircraft systems. Assigned the 4th Fighter Interceptor Wing in Korea as an F-86A armament ranging radar Technical Representative March 1951, serving four months before being seriously wounded and evacuated back to the US where he recovered and was awarded the Purple Heart.

    Promotions won top technical management positions providing expertise in auto flight control, armament, early warning radar, electronic warfare and Gatlin gun systems on F-4H, F-105, F-104, F-15, Sabreliner and F-22 aircraft programs.

    A private pilot and member of the Radio Relay League and the Quarter Century Wireless Association. Retired in 1987.
