Tracy H. Knauss founded Glider Rider magazine, covering
Hang gliding and powered hang gliding, in 1975. Now titled
Ultralight Flying! magazine, it has subscribers in every U.S. state and territory, and more than 50 international countries.
Tracy's love of flight started in high school when he cover the Apollo space program. While earning a master’s degree at
Vanderbilt University he learned to fly a Rogallo wing hang glider.
An artist, photographer, writer and genealogical researcher Tracy applies his meticulous leadership and artistic skills to Ultralight Flyjng! magazine and Photo Doctor restoration business.
