    2003 - Consultant for propulsions systems (Avalon Associates) for fuel cell powered aircraft and launch vehicles with rocket power. Established Avalon Associates in 1991 after 40 year career in design, development and testing, program management and V.P. marketing of aircraft, missile and space systems.
    Career included employment with Convair (San Diego), Northrop (Hawthorne, CA), Coleman Engineering (Torrance, CA), United Technologies Chemical Systems Division (Sunnyvale, CA and Washington, D.C.), Pratt and Whitney Div. of UTC (Washington, D.C.).
    Projects worked on included XF2Y Sea Dart, XF-102, F-89F, RB-49, SNARK, Ejection Seat Tests for F-8U, F-105, B-52, F-104, B-58 and other track tests. At UTC, 120 "SRM for Titan III and IV, hybrid rocket and ramjets, SLBM and ICBM propulsion, Space Shuttle SRM stage and SSME, Russian rocket technology transfer RD-120 to RD-180 engine for Titan V.
