Julie flew as a stewardess for American Airlines from 1953 to 1959 -- this at a time when the average employment tenure of these attractive, personable 21-year-olds was less than 2 years. Holding white-knuckled hands and airsick heads during rough weather, these cheerful gals certainly contributed to the advancement of commercial air travel in the US. And you know, I chose well, for in 2002 Julie is still attractive, cheerful, and has a great personality.
