Diana Larson has taught gifted and talented elementary school students since 1990. She was teacher/coordinator for the G/T program in the Judson Independent School District from 1998 – 2000. For all of her 28 years teaching kindergarten through sixth grade, she has focused her math and science classes on men and women in space. For this she was named “Christa McAuliffe” teacher of the year in 1995 and 1997-2000 by the Alamo Chapter, Air Force Association.
