Bruce Brunstad spent 26 years with the U.S. Air Force as an enlisted member before retiring. His specialty was in ground communications, primarily microwave and satellite communications. He spent time with several combat communications squadrons. His lifelong interest in aircraft has inspired him to donate to several aviation museums and historical societies.
