I was fortunate to be a member of the Piedmont Airlines family and began my career with PI at the GSO airport as a Customer Service Agent, also serving as Training Coordinator. I was an agent in the newly developed Presidential Suites until promoted to Analyst of Passenger Procedures working under Carl Crumley with his team until the merger with USAirways. I then began working at IT in Winston-Salem throughout the remainder of my 25 years managing the Scholar Teach System.
