Nathan (Nate) C. Haines joined NASA as a civil servant in 1962. His last assignment at NASA was Director, Administrative Service Division in Washington, DC. He had 32 years of federal and military service combined. The photo of Mr. Haines is his official photo in the NASA Headquarters Pictorial Organization Chart dated November 28, 1973. Mr. Haines worked at NASA until his death in February 1974.
