    Business Management / Marketing:
    - Served as Director of International Programs responsible for Latin American F-16 marketing.
    - Vice President and General Manager of Cessna Flight Training Systems Division; managed all Citation military proposals, personnel and marketing.
    - Served as Director of Flight Testing for General Dynamics and Cessna. Result: fly off winner of largest fighter competition.
    - Managed General Dynamics flight test activities for five years on major USAF fighter program, supervised 515 employees at 5 locations. Result: zero accidents during the period, despite heavy experimental flight test activities.
    - Evaluated more than 25 civil and military aircraft for General Dynamics and Lockheed, cooperative ventures with domestic and international aircraft programs.
    - Established international marketing organization in Latin America and developed consultant base
    - Directed F-16 marketing activities in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Pacific Rim.

    Aircraft Development / Testing:
    - Performed as Chief Test Pilot with continuous project test pilot experience for 20 plus years.
    - Directed final aircraft design, proposal and factory assembly development of the General Dynamics Citation V entry in the USAF/USN Tanker Transport Training System competition.
    - Forty years continuous aircraft involvement as owner, operator, salesman, demonstrator and test pilot in Cessna, Beechcraft, Mooney, Piper, North American,

    Achievements:
    - First person elevated to the General Dynamics Fort Worth Company Hall of Fame.
    - Achieved highest rank of Fellow in 5500 pilot Society of Experimental Test Pilots.
    - National Champion, Unlimited Air Racing, 1983, Reno, Nevada (425 mph).
    - Achieved rank of Lt. Colonel, fighter squadron commander USMCR.
    - Member of AIAA, AFA, ADPA, AOPA, ANA, CAF, and Marine Corps Aviation Association.
    - IOC Pilot of the Year Award, 1984
    - Chairman of Hicks Airfield Pilot Association and the Unlimited Air Race Group.
    - First man to fly F-16A/B, dozens of new production / modified aircraft.
    - Tested YF-16 in 1974; served as project test pilot through 1985.
    - Flew F-16A, F-16B, YF-16CCV, F-111, F8U, T-33, P-38, in 30 plus international air shows.
