Nicole’s first flight was at the age of 6 months. Her father, Harris Blackwell, took her for her first ride in a Cherokee 180. Her love of flying began early! Nicole is currently working towards her pilot license. She is a graduate of Notre Dame College, and holds a Masters in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University
