She has been with Boeing since 1992; she serves on the Board of Weyerhaeuser Company where she is the youngest Board Member in the history of the company. She also serves on the Board of the YWCA – Seattle, WA branch as well as the Board of Coal Valley Company St. Paul, MN and as a member of Advisory Council, Transportation Center – Northwestern University, member of National Development Committee and a Fellow of the British-American Project, a nonprofit organization.
She is married and has two sons. Her outside interests include family activities, sports and travel adventures.
