Served as a Warrant officer pilot in Viet Nam with 1st Calvary Div 1970-1971. Awarded DFC 8 Nov 1970 for gallantry on 22 Oct 1970 while assigned to A Co 229th AHB; Air Medal w/31 OLC; Bronze Star and Air Medal w/V Device. Accumulated 1750 flight hours in 6 1/2 years service. Combat air time served with A Co 229th AHB UH-1D, 2/20 AFA AH-1G, D trp 1/9th Cav AH-1G. Retired Mechanical Contracting business owner in 2012. Proud to serve.
