Inspired by his love of flight and desire for a challenging learning experience, private pilot, Oliver John Droppers IV took a sabbatical from his practice of medicine to study Aerospace Medicine. Under Dr. Stanley Mohler, he learned to respect the “man in the ring” and to “reach for the stars.”
He has put stars in the eyes of two other generations – his son, Oliver John Droppers V, with whom he shares a love of flying and his granddaughter, Shelby Davenport, whom he has challenged to “reach for the stars.”
He continues to fly and inspire all that know him.
