    Wall of Honor Level:
    Air and Space Friend

    Honored by:

I was named for Orville Wright. I was three years and four days old when Charles took off to fly the Atlantic. At age five I was building and flying rubber-band powered airplanes, later building balsa wood and plastic models which I still do. I became a student pilot in 1952 and a licesnsed pilot in 1964, single engine land. I have every known book about Lindbergh, the latest of which was written by Reeve Lindbergh.
At age 77, I’m still getting ‘stick and rudder’ time. Charles Augustus Lindbergh, more than anyone else, fostered my innate desire to fly, from my birth it seems.
