    Employed by the Boeing Co. for 39 years. Boeing career began in 1956. I had a variety of interesting assignments as Pilot, Chief Experimental Flight Engineer, and Deputy Chief Flight Instructor Crew Training. I participated in most of the flight tests and FAA certification of the 707/727/737/747 and 767 airplanes. I had several highlights during my Boeing career. In 1959, participated as crew member that flew the first 707 non-stop from Seattle to Rome, Italy in 1969. Flew the first international 747 flight from Seattle to the Paris Air Show before airplane was FAA certified.
