Paul L. Brown was an aeronautical engineer who graduated from Penn State University and worked for the Glenn L Martin company in Middle River, Maryland where he was part of the engineering group responsible for producing the Martin B-26 Marauder. After the war, he briefly worked for the Piasecki helicopter company before taking a position at Aircraft Armaments in Hunt Valley Maryland, retiring in 1976 and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada where he remained until his death in 1997 at the age of 83.
