    Peter H. Lee began his aviation career as an U.S. Air Force research pilot. He flew the C-130 and C-141. Mr. Lee flew flight test projects for the B-1B, B-2 for the Strategic Defense Initiative. He flew as a transport pilot to countries across the globe such as Japan, Thailand, Cambodia in Asia, Germany in Europe, and Brazil and Argentina in South America. He served as Test Program Manager for various programs including electronic, missiles, and aircraft. Lee designed, flew, and reported on various flight test programs including classified projects. As Project Manager, he oversaw the development of the Peace Keeper Missile Airborne Launch Control System. Serving as Test Manager for the T-46 primary trainer, Lee also managed the wind tunnel test, verifying designs and oversight of ejection seat sled test performance. Lee worked as Test Director for a radar suppression missile. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Lee holds a commercial pilot license, multi-engine and instrument type rating.

    Earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Technology from Kent State University, Mr. Lee also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Lee successfully completed the Program Manager's Course for the Defense Systems Management College and is also trained in aircraft mishap investigation through the University of Southern California. Other programs that Mr. Lee has successfully completed include continuing education from: Principles of Radar from George Washington University; Electro Optical Systems from George Mason University; Flight Test Principles from the National Test Pilot School; Leadership VoTech from the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technical Education; and Mr. Lee has completed the Educator's Leadership Academy from the University of Central Oklahoma.

    As a strong proponent of education, Mr. Lee served as an adjunct Professor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Undergraduate courses that he taught include: Air Carrier Operations, Management of Air Cargo, and Strategic Management of Technical Operations. Some of the Graduate courses he taught include Management of Airline Operations and Operations Management for Production Systems. Mr. Lee has served on Embry Riddle's faculty for over 24 years.

    Mr. Lee has served as a consultant to the Department of Defense for test and evaluation of airborne reconnaissance systems and has participated in contractor design reviews, while leading and conducting government test planning.
    He has worked as Director of Flight Safety for the Aeronautical Systems Division where he was responsible for reviewing Aircraft Mishap reports and providing design recommendations. He advocated that design recommendations were implemented in a timely manner.

    For nearly two decades, Pete Lee has served as Director of Metro Technology Aviation Career Center (ACC) in Oklahoma City, OK. ACC trains individuals to be FAA certified Airframe and Power plant mechanics. Overseeing faculty and support staff, enrollment in 2015 was approximately 300 with 120 students graduating annually. From the years 2006 to 2013, Metro Technology Center has certified more AMT's than any other Part 147 institution in the U.S. The average student test scores have consistently been in the top ten in the United States. Thanks to Mr. Lee's initiative, more than 1, 800 graduates have been employed at the Oklahoma City's Air Logistic Center at Tinker Air Force Base. He was also instrumental in implementing a strong partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration's Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in sponsoring a youth-oriented Aviation Career Education (ACE) summer camp, providing aviation education outreach opportunities to hundreds of Oklahoma's youth each year in hopes that they will pursue a future career in aviation.
