Wall of Honor Level: Air and Space Friend
Honored by:
I have been interested in flight and especially the space program since I was a little boy. I can remember the last few Apollo missions and then the
Skylab missions and just couldn't get enough what these brave people were doing. After I graduated from college, I joined the United States Air Force, hoping to be as close to flight as possible. Though unable to become a pilot, I served proudly as an aircrewman aboard a RC-13 5 for 3 years, including Dessert Storm. After leaving the Air Force, I worked in the Washington, DC area, which allowed me to take several trips to the Air and Space Museum. I continue to watch as the shuttle program continues into the 21st century, and because of this love of aviation, I give this contribution.
