A self-described aviation enthusiast and historian, Peter I Bruemmer is a pilot as well as strong supporter of general aviation. Mr. Bruemmer holds his multi-engine, instrument and commercial ratings. He is currently working towards earning his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating. Mr. Bruemmer is also pursuing his Masters in Aviation Administration degree through Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Mr. Bruemmer has been involved as a volunteer for many aviation organizations. He has served as the editor of the Lunken Airport Newsletter and has written numerous articles about the history of the airport.
